4. Do you accept orders by my own design?
Yes, we accept orders by your own design, you can send us your own pattern s or pictures of the dress you like, we tailor the dress according to these designs.

5. Why are your prices extremly low?
Dresses on this website are manufactured in our own factory and directly sale to potential customers, no third party involved.

6. How long do I receive my dress?
a. Processing: 10-12 days are needed for the process of making your dress. If you need your dress urgently, rush order is available so that you can get the product in time, $30 will be charged for a rush order.
b. Shipping: Shipping fees vary by the shipping destination and package weight. It takes 3-5 business days for FedEx/EMS/TNT/UPS to ship the product.

8. Do I have to pay tax?
Based on our past experiences, most of the countries do not charge import duty on low volume personal import.

9. What if the dress doesn’t fit me after I receive it?
We guarantee that our dresses will arrive in good condition, made to a high standard and be of the material, design and size that you ordered. But we do not provide a guarantee for the negligence of the shipping Company.

If your order has been made without meeting your specifications such as size, color and fabric, you can contact our customer service to log your complaint within 4 days of receiving the products. You will be asked to provide at least two full sight photographs of your putting on the dress showing the problem in good lighting. Our customer service will help you to get your refund and ship the product back.
